The Honey is called Dzidzilch, foraged solely from Gymnopodium floribunduma sacred tree native to the Peninsula. It is pure, monofloral, and intense, and when infused with the Morita Chiles, the result is an elixir drenched in a sweet, savory, smoked heat.
